Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to the following conditions:
• Items must be unworn, unused, and in perfect condition
• All original tags and packaging must be intact
• A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required
Important Notes:
• The exchange value will be based on the original purchase price
• Delivery charges for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer
• Once received and inspected, exchanges will be processed within 14 working days
Return & Refund Policy
We currently offer returns and refunds only in specific cases, to maintain hygiene standards and product integrity.
You may request a return/refund if:
• You receive a defective or damaged item
• You receive an incorrect product
Conditions for Returns:
• The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
• The item must remain unused, unworn, and in its original packaging
• Clear evidence (images/videos) must be provided for verification
Refund Process:
• Once the item is received and approved after inspection, your refund will be processed within 7–14 working days
• Refunds will be issued via bank transfer or an agreed method
Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable:
