Order Processing
• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation
• During peak seasons, sales, or promotions, processing may take up to 3 business days
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day
Shipping & Delivery Time
We currently deliver across Pakistan.
Estimated delivery times:
• Major / Metro Cities: 3–5 working days
• Other Cities & Remote Areas: 5–7 working days
Delivery timelines may vary slightly due to courier operations or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Charges
• We currently offer Free Shipping on all orders across Pakistan
Payment & Order Processing Conditions
• We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) and Bank Transfer options
• Orders above PKR 10,000 will be processed on advance payment (bank transfer only)
Order Tracking
• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or SMS
• You can track your order until it is delivered
Shipping Guidelines
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details
• Insidefashionlady is not responsible for delays caused by:

- Courier service issues

Damaged or Lost Packages
In the rare case that your order is received damaged or lost during transit:
• Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Share clear images/videos along with your order details
